Refund and Payment Policies

PNWSM CE Classes:

Deposits for classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  The balance due for class tuition is collected the day of the class, and is payable by cash, check, or money order only.

PNWSM Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat-Lodging:

One night’s lodging is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Remaining nights are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest attending the same year’s PNWSM Breitenbush retreat with 10 days’ notice prior to the event.  It is the guest’s responsibility to find a replacement for himself or herself and the replacement must be approved by PNWSM.
