  • Specific anatomy of the cranium, meninges, and nervous system

  • Discussion of the different internal movements of the craniosacral system: the cranial rhythmic impulse, mid-tide, and long tide

  • Working with boundaries and grounding techniques

  • Numerous techniques for the sacrum, upper neck, and head that can be easily integrated into a massage session or stand on their own

  • Developing an effective treatment plan using the techniques presented

"Pat's craniosacral classes elegantly combine deep intuition, palpatory sensitivity, and anatomical intelligence. Pat's cranial teaching is rare if not unique in the way that it skillfully combines craniosacral work, structural work, and everyday practice. Her classes are both profound and practical." -Brian
